All jobs must be paid for at time of order
No jobs will be printed unless paid in full!!
No Up Front Payment means you can use our site to design your own print. Once you proceed to print with your order payment is required.
IMPORTANT NOTICE IN REGARDS TO PDF PROOFS
PROOF APPROVAL & CHANGES
If all OK please reply with OK TO PRINT (Please list page numbers if approving from multiple
layout proofs) & or list corrections to be done.
No changes will be made & no jobs will not be printed unless above is followed.
VIEWING ACROBAT PROOFS
When viewing at 100% some text lines may appear to be bold. This is a fault with acrobat if you zoom in till they correct you will see they are fine. Also some graphics may appear to be blurry this is just over compression of the file to make it easy to send the job to you
CREDIT CARD & Net bank payment
Net bank info is on the bottom of your invoice. Credit cards are accepted by DGD Online Pty Ltd you can ring through the number or use our secure payment gateway and shopping cart system.
FREE DELIVERY If you want FREE* delivery please ensure you have provided correct delivery
details. Re-delivery due to supply of incorrect details could incur charges.
All quotes are valid for 30 days.
All jobs must be approved and signed for by the client.
Clients have the right to receive all their artwork only after payment has been received for the
artwork or finished job.
Email requests for proof copies of files will be treated as a request for artwork and, as such,
payment for the artwork component will be required before the proof can be sent.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all artwork has been proofed.
Reprinting of jobs due to poor proofing will incur extra charges.
Freight is always an additional charge, (except offset printed work).
No deliveries to P.O.Box addresses.
Whilst all efforts will be made to ensure that each job finishes when expected, delays can occur
and we take no responsibility for losses resulting from jobs not finishing on time.
Variations in colour are to be expected. If you want 100% accurate colour reproduction, please
advise before commencement of job so that we can accommodate your needs. Extra charges
will apply. DGD Online Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for colour shifts that may occur in client
supplied artwork.
Artwork that is included in the job must be paid for if the job is cancelled. Meaning that if you
cancel your order prior to printing, you must pay for the time we have spent on your job, Nothing
is free.
Minimum fee for artwork is one hour and extra artwork is charged in 15-minute increments.
Clients who do not have an appointment may have to wait while we service a client who has
made an appointment.
WE WILL NOT START YOUR JOB UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE!!!!!
Return policy, if there is a problem with your job that is outside of the above we will generally
replace it free of charge. Please contact us immediately if you have a problem.
