When we opened our Adelaide showroom, we needed a company image that would portray our business and one that would stand the test of time.
We asked James, from DGD Online, to come up with our logo, company colours and signage. In addition, we asked him to manage our advertising and promotion.
That was in 2002. The logo, the colours, the signage including a large 3D sign over the front counter are still with us and have become the symbols of our success. Our customers recognise us and can see our shop signage clearly. The signage alone has brought extra business.
The advertising, product photography, catalogue layout and production was instrumental in doubling our business over a two year period, and that was when we went through the global financial crisis. We also used James to design our product labels, promotional flyers, trade show banners and pdf files.
Naturally, all our office stationery and business cards were designed by DGD Online, and are still fashionable and contemporary now. We have found other companies copying our style of logo and colour choice and believe that imitation is a sincere form of flattery.
The colour choices made by James have now become our web colours and our customer base have heartily endorsed our website, claiming it is the best in our industry.
